On top of loving DIY, we’re after team players with brilliant customer service skills.

Hire A Hubby offers three distinct categories of territories. Bronze, Silver and Gold. To categorise a territory, we review the statistics and demographics of the suburbs within the territory. This allows you to see where the strengths and opportunities are. Part of the research is to compare territories that are within your travel distance to see which would suit you best.
Hire A Hubby caters for all business types, whether that be an individual who wants to remain as a ‘man in a van’ or for someone who would like to grow their business and employ staff and contractors to develop a multi person operation. The Bronze, Silver and Gold territory categories will help guide you as to what territory would suit based on what you are looking to achieve with your Hire A Hubby franchise.
Now you’ve considered everything involved in being a successful Hire A Hubby Franchisee, you may also need to investigate the options to purchase the business. For most people, this will mean financing. Most franchisees will seek additional finance to purchase the business, this is due to most people not being in the financial position to pay cash for the business and most accountants suggesting to borrow for the business to achieve taxation benefits.
When it comes time to look at what options are available, Hire A Hubby has established relationships with banks and lenders, that are familiar with the security of our business model. We would be happy to discuss in more detail your financial positions and the options open to you.
If you are looking for a new Business for Sale then Hire A Hubby has a number of franchise locations available for purchase in many locations throughout Australia.
To find out more about what is available, either free call 1300 653 778, or complete the form on the contact us page, and one of our Franchise Recruitment Team will call you.
Going Concern Businesses for Sale
In addition to new franchises available, Hire A Hubby assist franchisees with the sale of their existing businesses. Every business owner must ultimately consider an exit strategy from their business at some point.
Retirement, relocation or a change in family circumstances are all factors in franchisees reaching a decision to sell their business.
The best way to learn about something new is to do it yourself. At Hire A Hubby, we stress the importance of research and one of the best methods is spending a day on the road with an existing Franchisee. The ‘Day on the Road’ provides first hand experience of how our business works and provides and opportunity for you to:

Starting well in any small business is important. For a new franchisee entering Hire A Hubby, there is a formal start up process that occurs to ensure they are prepared and ready to build their business.
The first step is training. All new franchisees attend our training course which covers key areas of our business and industry. For most new franchisees, it is their first time running their own business and learning key business tools around sales and marketing are important. Training isn’t all business training though, a strong focus is on the quoting and estimating of work as well as time in the workshop to refine hand skills on common jobs that you would see in the network.
After the completion of training, our operations team conducts an induction day with you, where we meet local commercial businesses and work together on setting goals for your new business. These goals are then constantly monitored by our operations team to ensure that the correct processes are being followed so the desired results can be achieved.
