Both Kylie and Paul were very easy to contact and talk to about what was needed for my elderly Mother. Paul came to assess the job within 48 hours and was able to book a date to start the work. He always arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing and then worked happily and efficiently throughout the day, giving Mum plenty of cheek along the way, making the whole process a pleasure. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Kylie again for help as needed and would highly recommend to friends and family.
