I have a feeling that I may be calling you again to quote on fixing the roof as the muppets I have engaged through the insurance company have not resolved the original issue and will be coming back Monday to try and identify what that issue is!!  Your professionalism and work that was performed has been outstanding especially your patience and your follow up.
