I was caught out in the middle of a removal with removalists carrying boxes out the door and I was unable to disconnect my dishwasher. I called him and he was at my door 20 minutes later and had the job fixed inside 5 minutes. I was in an absolute tough spot and his punctuality and service was a lifesaver in the middle of a stressful move.
