- Russell and Michelle Hampton of Hire A Hubby Bayview won the QLD / NT Single Unit Franchisee of the Year, two or more staff award for the second year running.
- Jim Kelly and Crystal Petzer of Hire A Hubby Mona Vale & Hire A Hubby Narrabeen won the award for NSW / ACT Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year.
- Dan Blacklow of Hire A Hubby Prahran & Hire A Hubby South Yarra won the VIC / TAS Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year award.
